Become Comfortable Around Girls

So you're shy around girls. You are not alone. Shyness around girls is common to many guys. But you have nothing to fear. Girls do not bite, well, at least most of them do not. Just remember that they are a human being, just like you.
How-to:
Do not put them on a pedestal. Many men view women as goddesses almost, but they are human as eating and sleeping, just like you. Consider them as ordinary people, and remember, they may fear too.
Forces you to be around girls as much as possible. Practice makes perfect. Start conversations about things simple and just talk to him. If you say something stupid, it's okay. They probably have not even remember what you said the next day. You will never become more comfortable around girls if you do not spend time around them.
Use your friends as buffers, if they go somewhere with the girls, tag along (and not on dates, except for a group date). If he does not feel comfortable because you're shy around girls, go anyway. If there are other reasons, reflect and take a decision.
Get girls phone numbers, email addresses or screen names. Do not feel that you are asking them good, unless it is your intention. It might be easier to start talking to girls if you're not face to face.
If you are confident of your ability to speak, speak as much as possible during the day. It will be strange at first sight, but one gets used to it.
Remember that you probably already are comfortable talking about girls. Mothers and sisters are girls too! Just talk to other girls with the same confidence that you talk with family members.
Relax. Do not worry about blushing or sweating. If it happens, it happens. The most important thing is to be oneself.
Think of girls as if they were guys, but talk to the aid of their "normal" in English. It will also be the signal that you are not trying to get with them.
Try and be around friendly, outgoing girls and maybe even a few years younger, then you so you will not feel.
